All viewings will be arranged via our office. We will accompany potential tenants and clients to view your property. We will ascertain the genuine tenants and clients before booking appointments.

  Mailing List
All applicants on our mailing list will be contacted by telephone as well as receiving details by post and E-mail (if applicable).

  Valuations
We will give you an honest valuation based on our expert knowledge of the local area and property market.

  Advertising & Marketing
Property is marketed regularly through local newspaper advertisements, our office window displays, www.rightmove.co.uk and our website www.manor-estates.com. We can also put up an advertising sign board at the front of your property (subject to your permission) giving you 24 hours a day promotion. Our site receives over 5,000 visitors each month, and is registered with all main national property directories.
